LED On the Rise Across Europe
Expert International Promotes Exchange of Experience
The branch is in agreement: LEDs are the light of the future. The triumph of energy-saving and long-lasting light emitting diodes in private homes is proceeding unstoppably. The strongest sales markets in Europe are currently Germany, France, Italy and Scandinavia.
The potential of this new business field is far from being exhausted. expert International recognises the opportunities offered by the European light market and is developing specific sales and service concepts in the area of LEDs to support partners in the respective member countries. "The LED market is growing at different speeds in the European member countries. We are using our strong group for a mutual exchange of experience, thereby specifically helping partners to offer their markets still unexploited opportunities," explains expert International CEO Dieter Mathys.
Expert Austria provides an LED best practice example: Free test kits are offered in the expert retail stores in order to introduce customers to the new light technology that comes with many benefits, but also a higher purchase price. They include a set of LED lamps in different designs so that customers can convince themselves of the benefits within their own four walls. "This special service creates attention and increases customer loyalty," says Dieter Mathys while explaining the success of the
promotion, which has already been carried out in a similar form by expert partners in Norway and Finland. Other countries are to follow in the future.
